Upon arrival, the room overlooking the beach was charming and matched the website photo, but the absence of a minibar fridge was a letdown. Being situated next to the goods lift was not ideal. The interior, while marble floored, lacked an outdoor atmosphere. The hotel service was top-notch with staff who seemed to know the guests well, making the experience personalized and enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring Lucca and its surroundings, conveniently located near the sandy beach and key attractions. Dining options were plentiful and satisfying, enhancing the overall experience.
